Welcome to Megan Connolly Nutrition Counseling, LLC!
My name is Megan, and I’m so happy you’re here. I’m a registered dietitian based in San Diego, California, and I’m passionate about helping people heal and optimize their relationships with food. I offer individual nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults via Telehealth.
My Approach
My counseling approach is centered around building realistic and sustainable lifestyle behaviors, and providing dietary recommendations that are individually tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I encourage flexibility, variety, and balance in developing nourishing eating patterns, and teach clients how to attune to their bodies when making food choices. I firmly believe that all foods can fit in a healthy lifestyle, when consumed intuitively and mindfully.
Having lived with Crohn’s disease for the past decade, I fully understand food-related challenges and complexities, and the profound impact they can have on a person’s quality of life. I’m committed to giving my clients the knowledge, resources, and confidence they need in order to navigate their food worlds.
Whether you’re struggling with nourishment because of pregnancy side effects or complications, an eating disorder, or any other circumstances, my goal is to help you not only meet your dietary needs, but also enjoy a wide variety of delicious foods and build trust in your body again.
